Not all Pilates is created equal nor are our bodies. We require this for your safety and because we want you to recieve the highest quality of Pilates there is.
6 Keys Pilates Class Descriptions
Group Mat Classes –
- Wake Up – Mon, Wed, Fri: 6:30 am
This class is designed to get you going in the morning. Classic pilates mat class at a fairly fast pace. This class is recommended for the strong to intermediate student. This is a 45 minute class. - Mat Class with Props – Tue, Thurs: 6:30 am
Mat Class with props can utilize the Magic Circle, therabands, poles or light weights through-out the class. This class is designed for individuals who have attended at least 5 consecutive classes. - Afternoon with Pilates – Wed: 12:00 pm
This is a moderately paced Intermediate class. Use of arm weights and magic circle can be expected. - Strong Basic with Intermediate – Mon-Thurs: 5:30 pm
This class is for the individual progressing through the basic mat and is ready for a challenge. Must know all 7 basic mat exercises and attend at least 1+ classes per week. - Mat Class with Arm Weights – Mon: 6:30 pm
This is a faster paced class including basic and intermediate exercises. The arm weights are used in conjuction with the exercises and as a series just for the arms. This class is recommended for an individual who is familiar with Pilates and the exercises. - Freestyle – Wed: 6:30 pm
This is a once a week class for regular clients who attend class and/or private lessons 2+/wk. This class is designed like a circuit moving from one piece of apparatus to another, going through the exercises. *Not recommended for Beginners - Intermediate Mat with Magic Circle – Tue, Thurs: 6:30 pm
This is an advanced version of the Intermediate Mat class. The Magic Circle is used in conjunction with most of the exercises. A person in this class must have very good control of their body and can name the exercises. *Not recommended for Beginners. - All Levels – Fri: 11:00 am
These classes are offered to accommodate everyone. Anyone can come with any experience. - All Levels – Sat: 9:30 am
These classes are offered on Saturday to accommodate everyone. Anyone can come with any experience. - Basic Mat – Sat: 10:30 am
This is a beginner level class designed for people who have little or no experience with Pilates.
All classes are 55 minutes in length. A 24 hour cancellation policy is applied to all classes and private lessons.
