6 Keys Pilates in Manayunk

6 Keys Pilates is a classical Pilates studio located in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia. Jennifer Cybulski, owner/intructor is certified by Romana Kryzanowska, a protege of Joseph Pilates. At 6 Keys Pilates you will learn the 6 key principles of the method, and how to apply them to pilates and your daily life. We focus on you and your body, while tailoring the workout to your needs only. Group classes are kept to a maximum of 5 students to ensure safety and get the most efficient workout.
